Oh crap, Boost, you too? My B-Day is in a few days myself.

So, how many times did you get the "we'll give you your birthday present at Christmas" dodge used on you growing up? :)

Alright, so how does the 27th sound for a start date? Figure that lets everyone get back from their holiday plans, and the fun can begin.

I still need a final draft of Protheuz' character, and characters from Nestor and Dustland. No rush though, we've got time.

Well, the family and I are visiting my daughter inTucson from the 21st to the 28th, so I may be a couple of days late in getting into the game, but other than that, I'm cool with it.

I have a writeup for my character and, barring any catastrophes, I can write out the descriptions for his teammates by tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Definitely by the weekend. Definitely. ;)

Cool by me. I should be at my folks house, but that should not be a problem.

Well, I finally nailed down a character! Introducing...

Ricochet!

Ricochet is a super hero with a ridiculous power and an equally ridiculous mental malfunction. He can bounce! Yep, that's right, he bounces. And despite being a fine physical specimen with lightning reflexes and a mind sharp enough to earn him a PhD in physics, Ricochet is constantly reminded how un-super of a super hero he really is, both by being the butt of countless jokes (it doesn't help that he did commercials for the Super Fun Bouncy Cube, a colossal marketing failure) and being a token member of the Olympian League who hold as members The Mind (world's smartest woman), Atlas (world's strongest man), and Doc Aion (world's fastest alien).

So, despite being a rather successful super hero, Ricochet is thoroughly convinced that there's always someone else better at the whole heroics bit than he is.

That's not to say that he backs down from evil doers, just that he will always point out someone else could have done it better. It's not possible to bounce with style in his opinon; you either bounce or you're lucky enough not to. Regardless, Ricochet is always on the front line, taking down criminals and watching his better's backs, never accepting praise for even his most daring heroics.

Change Atlas' name, as it's the name of BeardedDork's character.

Heh, that hero team reminds me of a thematic villain group from a module written many years ago. The mentalist was Goldmind, the speedster was Goldrush, and, not surprisingly, the brick was Goldbrick.

Not saying that Dustland should use the names, the flash from the past just struck me as funny... :)

How about Atlas II :)

No, he can be The Herculian!

Atlas II is actually my character, replacing the Original Atlas of the Titans, and worlds strongest man is actually a pretty apt description.

Out of town for christmas, I've lost all connection from the internet, and won't be able to get back until the 28th. Posting from my phone now.
