After seeing some of the fine art around the site, i decided to start removing the rust from my Graphical skills.

Here is a sketch I made (you can see it's not very good - it's really only a sketch):

After it went into the computer, it turned out like this (the Omega Phoenix was born):

Like your guy! Cool design and the blue lights are a nice touch. What software did you use to produce him?

I used Gimp as its free, and is light in requirements - I made it in my 2 year old laptop.

I also like to use Photoshop, but it requires a good machine.

Now I'm tempted to make a giff image, with movement.

Here is the GIF file I made. it lost a lot of detail in the background but I have to say, I'm happy with the end result!

To be truthful, I never did any kind of ads.

But if you want a animated Gif banner, it should be easy enough to make.

If you want, pm some details and I see what I come up with!
