The * shock troopers should have their size 2 replaced with a +1 agility, since they have no movement powers and will be difficult to transport if they are 20 feet tall. An agility of 2 would be expected for elite troopers, let alone super enhanced ones.
I might also consider giving them some training powers to reflect their military background (for instance reducing brawn to 3, and replacing armor with double taps, and martial arts mastery: boxing, wrestling, street fighting).
In general, this campaign seems a bit high powered, so I hope the heroes are more powerful than mystery men.

Yeah, I need to re-fit the shock trooper a bit. I'll probably leave them size 2 though as they are supposed to be a sort of WWII Sentinel analog. (all my players are huge X-Men fans) They'll also be minions most of the time.
I'm thinking of doing this in the 30-35 pt range. Kilroy is a good example of what I expect PC's to look like, and Fenris is certainly going to be a 'boss level' villain. One guy is playing a Doctor Strange rip, and another want's to make an ION Guard character. The others are still mulling it over.

I agree Kilroy is a great concept! Buildwise, it looked good on a quick glance, the only thing I noticed was the Roomsweeper configuration of your Special Attack. A Burst doesn't require a to hit roll (the defenders instead roll defense or acrobatics to have a reduced damage), so you could swap the point you put towards accuracy to damage. Alternatively, the Line area still requires an attack roll, unlike bursts, so if you prefer the idea of rolling to hit with it, you could go with a Long Line (16x4 sq) instead of Large Burst, and convert the Close Range to an extra +1 damage.CuMorrig wrote:Thanks BASHMAN and Boost! Any feedback on the build? does it seem solid?
