I will look breeze over again but she appeared good on a first glance. You need a way to tie her background into Miami.

On "Ghost" unskilled is half your starting skills round down so the agility 1 leaves no physical skills and mind 3 yeilds 1 mental skill. Unliving means you cannot heal naturally since it was an effect of the "event", it will probally take a physics roll and some equipment to heal damage as would a medicine roll. Also remember your not immune to energy attacks and invisibility doesnt protect against some area attacks and your agility is mighty low. Just throwing it there.

Oops, sorry about the skills thing, couldn't find which way it rounds and remembered reading somewhere things typically round in the heroes favor (but now that I think of it, I believe it was talking about die rolls). I've got a question on a ruling for mind control. It says if you Link it with Ghost Form you can treat it as possession, where the body takes damage, you would not. I didn't link the two because according to Link the powers must always be used together and Ghost is stuck in his Ghost Form, will the above mentioned rule still apply?

If any harm comes to the body, it does not harm you unless it would harm your Ghost Form. and yes they have to be linked, and unless you take telepathy 3 you have to give verbal commands. also things like mind spikes and others bought with personal effect could still work on you even with unliving. I would say controling effects would not unless bought to do so (as the rules suggest). Also I use the champions idea of desolids can physically effect other desolids.

Also on quarantine...everyone starts in quarentine. If you need a suggestion. Choose some side effect b4 your powers fully manifested that landed you in the ER. I would say you were sedated and contained b4 they manifested. Since containment was lost, you wont be bound to the cell or chamber you were once in.

I think I may whip up a different build, Ghost's concept was a little out of the Mystery Men build. Gonna go with something a little more campaign appropriate, I'll have something up by 5:00pm.

Finally , I think I'll simply convert my very first build and concept. Overdrive/Harrison Cartwright the sorta Brick/Scrapper.

Overdrive is a character that I was supposed to play on a forum with some friends.But the game quickly got out of breath.

I liked the feel of that character and I realise I tried to ressurect him in other similar concepts.
I'll adapt him to the DP7 setting and the Mayan Event
