This. Size doesn't give you a cost discount over Growing because most things with Size won't be characters, but monsters & vehicles. Density Increase that is always on, however, would definately be worthy of a discount if it were always on!CuMorrig wrote:I can definitely see where weighing that much all the time would be very inconvenient.

Not 100% on the way I did the link. Density Increase costs one point higher for level than growth so 4 cost 5. But I took 2 enhancements on the shrinking 4 making it cost 6...so i did the link based off the cost of 6 shrinking making the link 8pts. Does that sound right? Link says that powers with ranges have to match, it doesnt say all enhancements need to match. Is that right?

Thanks guys, I am toying with an idea that is a dit like Marvel New Universe's DP7. Though not actually the same...but powers are not mutations they are because of a simular event.
It happens around the mayan 2012 and causes mass hysteria. Some places are in anarchy. The dead dont walk the streets but the sub-prime retro virus is responsible not only for you, but for the wretchs.

Wow, interesting character. Reminds me of a more usable/playable version of Sloppy Joe (I think that is right) from Aberrant. Interesting mental malfunction, and there is a lot of roleplaying possibilities with this character.
I'm a little confused about the Armor linked to shape-shifting. He loses the armor when he's in his "normal" amorphous form, and only gets it when he assumes a fixed shape? Or is he assumed to have his shapeshifting on during his "normal" amorphous form, and when he concentrates on maintaining a shape he is actually turning off his Shapeshifting and loses the armor?

Yeah he is'nt a Normal as in disad I should had said his human form not "normal". But yes when he appears "human" the shapeshift is off...so his stats stay he cant use the armor unless he has points shifted in shape shifting. that is when he looks like a monster. He doesnt have a fixxed shape per say "looking human is his fixxed shape" it seems back assward but im not trying to be like beast boy. i limited his shifting to bio manipulation...he is like a chaos beast of sorts. he cant sprout wings, or use special attacks, swing ect ect. IDK the character works better in champions i suppose. Basically when he uses shapeshift it is a nasty icky horrific sight to behold.

Sumo,
Neat idea, a few suggestions.
1. You should use your skill slots to take athletics at +2 for a X5 multiplier.
2. I would consider replacing the boost brawn for soaking with 1 pt of additional martial arts training to take tough and tricky styles instead.
3. I don't like the social stigma disadvantage for him. Since I can't picture alot of intolerance unless you're dealing with yuppies. Maybe a susceptibility to high temperatures or something else from all of the bulk. Or destitute to cover all of the bills for damage.
4. I'm not sure if you can normally take limitations on training powers, although the paired weapon one being hand to hand only is certainly fair.

Just a female character I did. Pretty basic brawler. Chose "Daughter of Mars" as her Identity.
