3 pts for a multipower which includes
teloport 3 with the limitation only to places he could walk
super running 3 with the limitation no added momentum
Like I said, the teleport is a big MAYBE. I DO like the No Momentum limit on the Super Running.
momentum can add to hand to hand damage
1 also think he should have some super speed
6 pts super speed 5 with the advantage that it dose not tire him
last i would buy precognition a sub power of clairvoyance
I will keep tiring, as it keeps him honest and fits the whole gag ;)
1 pt clairvoyance / past

this will give him random glimpses of the future
or if he has a lot of mind actual future probing , which i think is very hard to gm for
Do you mean Clairvoyance (Future)?
i hope this works
Very much so sir, thank you :)

Actually I don't buy the "no momentum" thing. If he is slowing down time, and walking up to someone and hitting them, he *does* have momentum. Isn't the formulae for figuring out momentum a function of time over distance or something like that? By making time slow down, relatively speaking, he is also making himself move incredibly fast. *He* doesn't perceive it that way- but everyone else does.

If I were to walk casually up to a wall and walk into it, the amount of energy my movement, vs muscle power, delivers would be far far less than if I was running at it full tilt.

That's what I mean by "no momentum" as a limit. to others it would look like he ran up, but to him it was a casual stroll.

Yes muscle has a lot to do with it, but the effects of (I want to say thermodynamics, but I think I am wrong) running are certainly where the idea of momentum comes from, to my mind.

I am gonna take a stab at this build tonight or tomorrow and see what I can come up with.

If you were slowing down time around you though I think you'd find that objects you interact with are far more fragile than what you're used to when time is moving at regular speed.

Yes, but now we are getting into science (and some hard sci-fi) as well, that's a bit beyond what I am planning to do with the game.

Your point makes sense, but I am going for really really basic comic book physics :)
