(Zero's main concern is protecting the civilians and to make sure they'll be safe.
First He'll scan the area to check for hidden threats.(He's still shielding Miss Centropolis during the process).
Than He'll try to find a way to move them away from the frontline.
A random shot could be fatal.

Surprisingly I left the 'action' to you guys, at least for that round.
My prioriy is still that amazing 80... That I'm about to waste with a (pointless?) Scan...)

With the Mayor and his party behind you all, you face down against the villains. Hammer Hurricane looks menacing in his mobster best and his men's Tommy Guns don't look like toys either.

"Okay heroes! This is your moment, show this criminal that Centropolis won't bow to their actions!" The Mayor cries this out as he pulls Miss Centropolis with him behind his bodyguard and the driver, who both pull out pistols and make a wall to protect them.

The Ferret gives you all a wink and says "Seems like they got the guests covered, what say we clean these 30's throwbacks clocks?"

The Ferret actually stares quizzically at Captain Max for being called "little chum" and that seems to slow him for a second (gotta explain that crap priority after all

In fact, that's true!

Until you attack, you may activate any number of non-combat powers. Thus, a person can fly, sense the presence of robots, and use eyebeams all in one panel- but as soon as you attack, your panel is over.

So tell me first what my scan tells me!
Then, I guess I'll try my weaponry. Maybe with a speed boost.
What's the actual range?

OOC: Two actions. 1st is gain max speed for a +3DM Momentum bonus. 2nd is to punch Hammer with a sonic speed punch (special attack) +3DM for a total of X7 damage) Not using the 3rd action , and will use that for a +1 to Agility (6 total) .

The acceleration device activates
In a flash , the golden detective roll up the left sleeve of his trench coat.
His left fist has disappeared inside his forearm, replaced by his 'arm blaster's cannon.
Zero takes aim and releases a first salvo.
A dazzling beam dashes towards the gangsters. And the explosion it makes sweeps them as wisps of straw.
Hammer Hurricane is dangerously close and the explosion left him fresh as a daisy.
He won't be easy to defeat...
