Legends of Steel - Sulanese Empire

So, I have the LoS books for the various game systems it has been produced for and I believe BASH! was the most recent. The reason I am posting is to see if anyone has expanded on the Sulanese Empire that is indicated on the map of Erisa?

Oh well - guess I will just have to make something up. Can't have something like that on the map and not expect my players to pursue it :?
