Poltergeist , need some help and advice Please

Hi this PC is for a pretty dark setting.

Back story.
He was killed when he went to the aid of a woman being assaulted. The muggers stabbed him without a 2nd thought and he died hearing her screams for help as he reached out weakling to help her.

He come back a vengeful Poltergeist that float thought the streets at in the dark hours attacking all that would harm others or break the law.

He only appears when the sun sets and fade out when the sun raises. He can not speak or touch anything.

I am a little concerned that he might be a bit to powerful as nothing physical can harm him. any suggestion please ?

One issue I see is by the rules, you can only get a 1-pt discount for all of your Limitations on a power. The way I handle this in Bachcreator.net is to write my additional Limitations into the first Limitation text.

You also need to have Invisibility 5 that is always turned on based on your description, which would be expensive.

Even still he isn't immune to all harm. Someone with a weapon that affects ghosts or energy (like fire) will still hurt you.

You might also consider taking a Vulnerability weakness of a specific thing that harms you (like holy ground or something).

On BASHcreator.net, there is a limitation called 'Custom (-2pts)' that will let you add a Limitation to a power that's worth -2 points to the power's cost. (Of course, it better be a really crippling limitation, like putting 'Only works when no one is looking' on Invisibility.)

Otherwise, BASHcreator follows the rule that you can only get a total -1 pt break on a power for multiple Limitations, no matter how many Lims you add.

I have taken your advice and rules clarification on board and reworked him accordingly. I do believe it is a improvement, thank you . I made his weakness UV light ie day light which is why he poofs out of existence during the day. But with tech these days a UV torch or even just a sun bed will hit him hard.
