Fancy building my NPC's?

Hi Guys,

Just prepping for season 5 of my game and I have a group who may turn up to oppose the players.

They are call The Menagerie and are in them employ of the the British Government.

Ms Bleak (female iceman) - done
Montague Smythe (Steam gun + helmet) - done

The need stating if anyone fancies a go, they will oppose 20-28 point heroes, so street level.

Mr Lyndo Irish one legged (Probability controller)
Mr Baker (blind yet never misses a shot, massive rifle)
The Duke of Blades Officer of the Welsh Guards (the greatest blade in London or so they say)
Heart of Oak (looks like a ships wooden figure head, bearded sailor)

These seem interesting. Is there something about Mr. Lyndo that makes him need to have 1 leg? is it a gimmick with the name or something I don't get?

To be fair I put out a call for help to generate some opponents for my players many months ago and some kind chaps on rpg.net came up with them.

I already had

Ms Bleak, she was played by a player for one season, while her main character (Delancy) was indisposed in Bedlam.

Montague Babbington-Smythe is brother to Edmund Babbington-Smythe. Bascially one of players create Montague, played him for one season. Then created Edmund who he now plays, so his bro is now working for an opposing force.

I've seen Barry Lyndon (the movie) and liked it, so once you said that, I get it. What sort of controller is he? I could see him definitely being a sort of 'face man', but he definitely can fight and take a beating too.
