AslanC, I wanted to let you know that real life has taken a small bite out of Shennaqua's and my time (she's my wife). A relative fell ill on Thursday and we're taking care of her, which is why Shenna's third character hasn't be finished yet. It should be up sometime this weekend.

Just a suggestion, but once we get up and running, it may be easier to use a wiki for the game rather than the forums. In my opinion, it makes it much easier for everyone to keep track of what is going on, as it is just one page that everyone involved can edit and post to, and not have to track multiple posts and pages with quoted text snippets etc.

I've been using PBWorks for my PBeM for years now and it works great. Players pick a font color for their posts (so you can tell who is who) and insert it into the Turn where appropriate. The Moderator (GM) can hide pages. lock them, control access etc. As, I said, just a suggestion.

Hey Aslan,

Just so you know, I really, really want to play - but these next 3 or 4 weeks are murder at work. I'm also drawing something of a blank as to what sort of character(s) I want to make - mostly because I don't have too much time to dedicate to the process. Anyhow, I'll keep trying to fire up the creative juices, and I hope to have some submissions soon. It will be helpful if you announce the team as it's assembled, as I often try to fill in the blanks in terms of group roles when I make characters for our table-top games.

Heroglyph: I am not sure about running a Wiki for the game. I am not sure how it works and really don't have the time to figure it out, so for now on the boards only (we can make other threads for OOC and IC etc...) Though in the future who knows.

Dragonfly: Let me know when you have an idea of when you have more time and you can always join in later.

As for when we start. In a week or so I would imagine. Just have to free up some personal time

I apologize if I have missed anyone's posts as I am rather busy with school, writing, life and running my face-to-face game.

Also I ask that you keep in mind that from what I have seen PBP games are slower than normal so until we get started this may take a bit more time than may be expected.

To further explain that post I just made.

I answered your post the day after you posted it (you May 6th, me May 7th) so perhaps somewhere in the messages you missed that reply of mine?

If you saw if and feel that I needed to do more to contact you, that wasn't made clear in your post.

If you felt I was ignoring you, after you read my reply saying that Sequoia was the character you presented I was most interested in, the you should have sent me a message, private or otherwise.

That said, I will wait to you respond to this to see if you wish to retract your (in my opinion) unwarranted (and insulting) comments.

Not being a complete * I'll be honest and say I did in fact miss your comment - I use gaming as an outlet honestly due in large part to my job. I work in the oncology unit at a local hospital and deal with some very ruff stuff.

So what little free time I have I try and channle into anything not related to the fact the world can and does suck at times. I'll be honest it's overwhelming at times. Your own interest in BASH is the very path that lead me to the game and to here the forumes.

Not since M&M 1st ed had I found such total excitingment with not just a simple system but equally interested folks as well. So I'll be honest when I missed your post it felt like I was just some new guy who was going to be dismissed out of turn for being well new. And after waiting for some sort of feed back (and not realising i had gotten any) I got * and with drew.
