So i was thinking today about super powered minions. There are some examples in the book all ready (the Eldritch horrors and the ghost), but I was thinking of actual people. In the original Black Lightning comic, the writers used 2 minor villains inspired by Iron Fist & Shang Chi who fought Black Lightning a few times, but could never beat him.
Has anyone ever used such type of characters in their games?

Definitely!
I used 40 Hit Point mook kung fu baddies called the five dragons, which were sort of like the Four Storms in Big Trouble in Little China. Each Dragon channeled one of the five Chinese elements into their martial arts. They were great for minor super encounters, if you know what I mean.
I think it makes the game a lot more flexible if you can have super powered minions that are a good fight but won't take as much effort and time as would a bunch of 100 Hit baddies.
