Just realized I may not have made the announcement in this forum.
I'll be attending GenCon this week, heading off to Indy on Wednesday and returning on Monday.
Internet access will be iffy (durn hotels charge an arm an a leg for wifi) and I'll be busy in any case, so my response time will be sub-optimal for the next few days.

Really?
Ahem...
La la la...
Okay, here goes:
"I hold your hand in mine, dear.
I press it to my lips.
I take a healthy bite
From your dainty fingertips.
My joy would be complete, dear,
If only you were here.
But still I keep your hand
As a precious souvenir.
The night you died I cut it off,
I really don't know why.
For now each time I kiss it
I get bloodstains on my tie.
I'm sorry now I killed you
For our love was something fine.
Until they come to get me
I will hold your hand in mine."

Oh frack me, please stop!
Sorry fellas, I got wrapped up in work, doing illustrations, working on this adventure book....and gaming for the first time in years, woo hoo! Actually my first superhero campaign I've ever played in (ok, Aslan's too, but that didn't last long). Goofy as * 60's Silver Age game using Supers! Makes BASH! look rules heavy. I need to post a write up, that game is something else.
I'll post tomorrow, promise.
How was GenCon Nestor?

Ha! I knew that would bring you out if nothing else.
GenCon was... exhausting. Fun, but I'm still recovering from walking a quarter mile back and forth between hotels with a bag full of game books for 12 hours each day. I have a big pile of new game books to pore through and a hole where my bank account used to be.
So let's get this game back on the road!

My audience clamors for more!
Ahem...
"I ache for the touch of your lips, dear,
But much more from the touch of your whips, dear.
You can raise welts
Like nobody else,
As we dance to the Masochism Tango.
Let our love be a flame, not an ember,
Say it's me that you want to dismember.
Blacken my eye,
Set fire to my tie,
As we dance to the Masochism Tango.
At your command,
Before you here I stand.
My heart is in my hand. <Ecch>
It's here that I must be.
My heart entreats.
Just hear those savage beats,
So go put on your cleats
And come and trample me.
Your heart is hard as stone or mahogany,
That's why I'm in such exquisite agony.
My soul is on fire,
It's aflame with desire,
Which is why I perspire when we tango.
You caught my nose
In your left castanet, love,
I can feel the pain yet, love,
Ev'ry time I hear drums.
And I envy the rose
That you held in your teeth, love,
With the thorns underneath, love,
Sticking into your gums.
Your eyes cast a spell that bewitches,
The last time I required twenty stitches
To sew up the gash
That you made with your lash,
As we danced to the Masochism Tango.
Bash in my brain,
And make me scream with pain,
Then kick me once again,
And say we'll never part.
I know too well
I'm underneath your spell,
So, Darling, if you smell
Something burning, it's my heart. <Burp>
Excuse me!
Take your cigarette from its holder,
And burn your initials in my shoulder.
Fracture my spine,
And swear that you're mine,
As we dance to the Masochism Tango."
Thankew, thankew...

Contrary to appearances i think our game is not burned out.
Sure, we're a bit distracted by something else and less involved but we should lead the game to its conclusion.
I noticed that the game is slowing down when we all inquire in the same direction.
Usually Dustland is waiting for all of us to post, and we don't because we've got nothing more to add to a scene when crucial questions has already been asked.
I 'm often doing this.
We should agree on some terms to end a panel.
Either Dustland is moving on the next scene after a few days without new post, or we, the players, have to post at least a brief line to validate the scene or describe the fact that our player takes no action and wait.
What do you think?^^

I'm making it a point to post twice a week, usually once on a weekend and once during the week. Sorry for the slow down, but I'm just stupid busy right now. I went from begging people to let me do illustrations to struggling to keep up with demand. Good problem to have though.
I WILL see this game to its end, even if it means dropping another bomb on your characters
So expect two posts a week from me. We're getting close to the end fellas! Besides, I liked having the pbp board all to ourselves and it looks like it's getting busy in here...
