That's right, you minus 2 from the roll before applying the Multiplier.
At least that's how I run it.

The dice bonus or penalty is applied to the roll before multiplying.
Result bonuses are added after multiplying.
Multiplier bonuses are applied to the multiplier

Yes- your DEF was a 28, not a 9! Good thing too, or else her Attack Weak Point could apply to this damage as well!
Here's her damage roll: [dice] 2d6 = 812635197 [/dice] x4 =

40 Damage from her kick, which will do no knock-back to you.
Roll to soak this damage, and then it is Blue Angel's turn to go again.

hurm..let's see
[dice]2d6 = 115379209 = Fixed[/dice] x 4 +10 =
7 x 4 = 28 +10 = 38, so I take 2 points damage correct?

Yes.
(How much are you at now, btw- I'm down to 91 Hits).
Blue Angel says "Sometimes, intruders don't know when to stay down". The energy rod forms into a light-saber and she attacks! (+1 Hit, +3DM)
The roll is [dice] 2d6 = 1765712839 [/dice] x4 =

I am down to 60 hit points
rolling for defense
[dice]2d6 = 721644351 = Fixed[/dice]
6 x 4 -2 = 22
So I am hit!!
Paragon thinks to himself, "I have to find a way to seperate that woman from that very interesting and formidible weapon!"

I think you made a mistake. If you rolled a 6, with a -2 Dice Penalty, and a x4 Defense, then your result is 6-2 =4x4 = 16.
The -2 Penalty from Density Increase is a Dice Penalty, not a Result Penalty.
But either way, she hits.
Damage = [dice] 2d6 = 1434568752 [/dice] x6 =

8x6 = 48 damage from this strike, which isn't nearly enough to do any knock-back. Then you can soak.
and take your turn.

You need to soak damage first.
