It's Overdrive's.

Volsung: The guy with the gun is trying his best to aim at Nycto through the window, so let's assume you can try to grab the gun, so roll Agility to grab the gun and roll your Brawn to see if you yank it from his grasp.

I'll treat the disarm as a called shot, so Overdrive needs to hit by >10.

Overdrive moves quickly to the door and waits for the armed man to point the gun at Nycto again then with supernatural quickness snatches the gun from his hand!

Overdrive: The man shouts in suprise, hastily pulling his hand back through the window. You look at the gun in your hand, more than a little impressed with yourself that you pulled off the stunt.

"Oooh, a ninja Eckel," the man says to you, causing a smirk to spread across your face as you look up at him. His pale green eyes are sparkling with amusement and something else....something dizzying and impossibly deep, like looking down a well....

I've got a Mind Shield 2 but remember we previously lowered that power's effect which was a bit over-effective for his cost.

It chills Overdrive/Harrison's flesh all the way in to the bone.
Harrison feels the first hints of a sharp terror as he descends into the nightmare.

The raging psycho (G2), slams his fist into the reinforced door with suprising force, startling Javier just as he steps back from the door to admire his welding job. A noticable bulge appears from the brute's fist, but the door holds for now!

I'll treat the door as thick wood/thin steel so it has 40 hits/10 soak

The creepy itchy girl (H5) gets to her feet, shaking the stars from her head then grimaces at the door as she scratches at her arms and chest. You all hear her maniacal laugh as she steps back up to the window and places her hand against it.

A flood of bugs erupt from her skin, covering the window in a dark mass of crawling insects. A moment later they swarm up the inside of the cell and through the vent in the ceiling. The creepy itchy girl is nowhere to be seen...

The man in scrubs (C8) begins to pound on the door of his locked cell. "Holy *, let me out of here! These people are freakin' crazy!!!" he yells at the top of his lungs.

Overdrive drops the gun on the tile and turns back towards the entrance and takes off in a mad dash! Fenris, you're standing in the doorway and are quite suprised to see the metal-clad nova come charging straight at you! "Get out of the way wolfman!" he yells...

You all can hear the sound of people moving and shouting from the far door (E16). More Eckels???

If Fenris wants to use his turn to stop Overdrive from fleeing he can. Otherwise the nova will dart past him out the door.

Dustland, you are a great Narrator.

Fenris knows something is wrong when Overdrive says something that directive. He reaches out to grab him and shock him awake.

Maybe Fenris might get a Dice Bonus, if Overdrive/Eckel's not expecting to be grabbed? If Fenris beats him by 10, then...

Overdrive dips and dodges past Fenris, twisting his way around the nova and into the hospital's main administration area. The gathered police and doctors look up in shock as the metal-man comes bolting through the door.

Volsung: You watch your body react to some unheard commands. It's like watching a movie from the end of a long, dark tunnel. You see Fenris move to block your body, but you evade him and enter the staging area, full of people. You hear a dull laugh from some distant source, then realize it's you who is laughing.

Your eyes turn, locking onto the nearest police officer's eyes and you realize you have to fight to keep Eckel from taking over another body. You force your will onto your body, and suddenly you rise back to the surface, your body once again your own.

Everyone is staring at you expectantly...

Overdrive closes his eyes and utters sorely.
"I'm in control...but i'm not sure if Eckels is gone for good... He can control people by eye contact..."
He extends one hand toward the medical staff
"I need something to blindfold me... A scarf, a piece of cloth... whatever works..."

Overdrive: Someone hands you a piece of cloth with which to blindfold yourself. Somewhere in the back of your mind you feel something stirring...

"Woah!" Javier exclaims as he jumps back from the brute's charge at the door.

Angrily, he projects a wall of fire through the small window on the inside of the cell to drive the inmate back.

"Back off, vato! Sit yer * down!" he shouts, the old Javier coming to the fore now that things are hot.

[That would be Force Field 1 (50 Hits/10 Soak), Close Range, Small Arc, x3 damage]

Upon hearing Overdrive's warning, he mutters, "Oh, that's great! How are we supposed to take them down then?' Out loud, he yells back, "Oh yeah? I got a news flash for you! These f**kers are full-blown Novas all on their own!"
