a good point. I would not normal do it , I only did because this PC can not carry anyone due to his nature, BUT a good argument could be made that this is covered by the Ghost form limits all ready.
below I redid him without those two limits. makes him spot on 25 point and I am a lot happier with him. He is powerful for a 25 point Hero
