Grimoire Advantage?

Sifting through the forums I came across a mention by Bashman about the Grimoire Advantage. Is this from Bash Fantasy?

"Take the Grimoire Advantage, and have that in his "sidebar" of spells to swap in for other things."

It sounds like exacly what I am looking for to write up a sorceress character for a player.

Check out page 90 in BASH UE under fantasy advantages.

Really cool advantage, flavor wise and mechanically speaking.

Thanks for the find. I feel like a goof for not seeing it. And it is a rockin' advantage for a sorceror.
