extending the duration of transmutation

i would like to extend the duration of transmutation for a character in building , hope fully to indefinite
I know it can be dune through the cosmic power creation but that has a terrable crippling cost
there is also a generic enhancement extended duration but transmutation lasts for a scene and extended duration is measured in minuets hours days etc
how would you guys handle this ?

I believe that there already is an enhancement "Extended Duration" on page 38.
