Adding Annihilation Enhancement
If I had a character with a ranged energy attack (e.g. Cosmic Energy Blast: Special Attack 5 (Enhancements: Space, Variable)) and he wanted to add the Annihilation enhancement to it through Omnipotence, would he need to have Omnipotence 5 or Omnipotence 25? (Since the Annihlation enhancement costs 5 pts.)
