I believe the recent volumes before the Vengeance of Moon Knight arc (which is current) was drawn by David Finch.

BASHMAN wrote:Kudos Comet Man! I really like that version of American Wonder. The original artist who created that look is Danilo Moretti. I simply took a character I already created "American Wonder" and used an image that fit that character (from the cover of BASH! UE).

The original, Italian Version is called "Flag".
Glad you like it! :D

BTW, Danilo Moretti's work on BASH is awesome...his style totally fits the feel of the book.

I refuse to believe I'm better than Kevin O'Neill! 8O

BTW, did you know that, as an artist, he was rejected by the Comics Code Authority? They simply found his style too disturbing for a CCA-approved book. I love that! I wish the CCA was still around so I could get rejected, too...

OK, I know his work...he did a run of the Avengers I read a few years ago. He's very, very good...I can see how he would rock on Moon Knight. I'll have to see if that's been collected into a TPB yet.

Big Bubba Blackstone...from a wrestling game I wrote many years ago. He makes into into my sketchpad every now & then since he has kind of a cool look, and I keep thinking I should stick him in a comic or something.

Maybe he should lock up with Rob Zombie's El Superbeasto! :D

This is really great stuff. A lot of your work reminds me of the kind of art that was really prominent in the 1990's marvel comics. Awesome!

Thanks, guys! :) Been very busy selling our house (had a showing today), so I haven't done much BASHing (or drawing) over the last week.

As a matter of fact, I have a pencil sketch of Lady America sitting around, waiting to be inked... 8-O
