I believe that depends on what Chris is doing at the time, I received mine within 10 minutes, but I pre-ordered within a few minutes of being able to do so.

By the way: there are a number people who have pre-ordered but not yet submitted their characters! Get them in so we can get your character made!

PS. Yes Samuraidad, he is a Hot-Head character. I'm hoping that the execution is a little unique - but that's kind of hard.
