"A Type I, mind guy? The Novas are categorised ? Which types of novas have been discovered yet?"
He tries to remember the skinny man from the Tv.
"And that Johny Smalls is a mind puppeteer...That's really vicious...How long can his influence last?"

"He stood there watching the fight without revealing himself. He didn't even care about his men. He stood there, studied each of us, and only spoke when he supposed ten chin would win. " answers Nycto, " or at least when that was his only choice. I don't know if, for him, wasn't only another test about our skills. And If he really has mind control powers we can be one of his next targets to be his servants..."

Javier shrugs. "It's not like the video was around for very long before it got trashed. And it's not like he was masked or anything, so it wasn't hard to figure out it was him."

He glances at the hologram. "And if Mr. Wizard here confirms that Smalls is still holed up in Vegas, I don't think we have to worry about him f**kin' with out heads. Other than the usual way."

Javier shrugs again. He doesn't feel it necessary to point out that in his neighborhood, having random people walk up to you and try to cap you is not that uncommon an occurrence.

After you guys explain what the video feed was, Mike/Doorman begins frantically clicking away on his computer.

"Yah, you know the goverment, they can't think about an issue without everything * nicely into slots. Type I, Mind guys, Type II, Energy guys, etc. I can't believe they actually paid me to come up with a numerical system to categorize us. Idiotic and useless really," he answers as he continues to type away.

Suddenly he stops and claps his hands in celebration of his own skill. "Yep, got it. Looks like he was broadcasting out of a hotel room using a Wi-Fi connection. Looks like," he clicks a bit more. "Yep, Sands Motel, Route 66, Horizon City. Humph, guess he decided to move to HC after all. This place is getting crowded!"

He looks at you quizically. "Your types? *, I don't know, I'd put you down as a Type II, energy manipulator from what I've seen, but that doesn't mean much. Like I said, it's a pointless exercise really.

"Of course there's a database. Probably dozens or hundreds. Every agency in the world that's concerned about their security probably has one. I helped put one together but I can't really talk about it, top secret and all that. I think it's safe to assume that if you guys haven't been logged into one before, you will be now."

"Impressive.
Can you check if someone's still there?"

The Doorman's already smug attitude kicks up a notch at the compliment. "Are you seriously asking if I can hack a motel's sorry * computer? Ha!" He begins to click away.

"There! Room 470, registered to a David Marconi, been there for two days, hasn't checked out yet. Guess that's him, he's been the only one connected to the motel's complimentory wi-fi service over the last 24 hours."

[FYI, I have no idea if there would be a registry allowing someone to figure out who is using a specific wi-fi service, but just go with it!]

He sees the bread crumbs to Smalls but really doesn't care about him.

Looking pointedly at Overdrive as he speaks, Javier chimes in.

"Take Smalls? And do what with him?Tie him up and leave him for the cops? Are there any outstanding warrants on him? Would it do any good?"

"Or are you suggesting we take him out?" He points a finger and drops his thumb, miming a gun shooting. "Not that I'm automatically against the option, but that's not an easy decision to make."
