suppose I want to use Continual Damage and I want to get a bonus to hit with it - how do I do that?
and how do I do that as a Normal?
I have a power defined as a flamethrower. It is a gadget that sets people on fire, so they take continual damage.
I can buy up continual damage for more damage - but what do I buy to increase my to hit with the flamethrower?
do I buy Boost only to hit with the flamethrower?

Flame Throwers are listed- by the way- in the Golden Age section of Chapter 5: SettingsDustland wrote:Weapon Technique would work if you're using a normal weapon (ie one you don't buy with character points). If the flame thrower is something out of an equipment list, then you're good to go.
But if you want to build a Flamethrower as a gadget, I would do it as "Boost: Agility w/ Flame Thrower"
Another option is the create a new Enhancement called "Accuracy" where each point gives +1 Multiplier to Hit.
