Hi,
I just picked up the PDFs for BASH:UA, BASH Fantasy & Island of the Forgotten Tomb, and BASH SCI FI.
Is there any reason to pick up the original BASH since I have UA? I know there is an updated Megapolis coming out, is there any reason to pick up the original version of that? How about Vengeance is Nigh?
I know an updated Fantasy will eventually be published but it looks to be a ways off so I went ahead and bought the current version. I don't really have any interest in the LoS setting that will be published first.
Thanks in advance!

I can answer this. As to Picking up the Original Megapolis- yes it is worthwhile because it has everything compiled in one book- and conversions are not that hard to do.Is there any reason to pick up the original BASH since I have UA? I know there is an updated Megapolis coming out, is there any reason to pick up the original version of that? How about Vengeance is Nigh?
Megapolis: YEAR 2 will take a while to make, meanwhile. Over time, more and more of the Megapolis Universe will be updated to UE- and bits of it will be included with Modules, or character packs of Villains. Later they'll all be compiled in a single collection: Megapolis YEAR 2; which will also have additional new material- such as a new Timeline of events. YEAR 2 will also highlight cities other than Megapolis and worlds and alternate earths beyond the base one.
So in the meantime- having the original Megapolis will mean you have the whole city, as each part is being updated.
Vengeance is Nigh highlights the Villains known as HUSH, the Anti-Hero called Vengeance, two members of URGENT (Black Diamond and Captain Vitality), and the Hero Team "Defenders of Megapolis", and the area of Megapolis known as "Destitution Row". All of them are updated to BASH! UE. That's in addition to the adventure itself.
I plan to make more adventures like this, and also some general Villain Packs for BASH! UE as well. But having Megapolis will give you a lot of stuff to do in the Meantime (such as run a campaign through the YEAR 1 Timeline!).
