I think I got it fixed. I've uploaded a new version. Download it and overwrite your files.
You will also need to update any characters you have created.
To update your characters go to the "Utilities" menu and select "Update Characters".
A new window will open
Press "Select Files" and open all the characters you want to update.
Make sure that "Templates" and "Destination" are both set to "Original".
Press "Update".
Warning, some of the options may loose their values during conversion. Let me know if you find any that do so I can fix them.

Hi Alric,
I'm still very much enjoying the program. Here are a few more glitches I found:
Immobilization: It doesn't give an option for improving the To Hit chance - all levels currently default to the Brawn check difficulty.
The text sometimes moves into the picture frame.
This isn't so much a glitch, but rather a question: Is there a way of adding a custom Power, Enhancement, Limitation, etc.?
That's it for now. Thanks again for designing this! Even as is it's a helpful design tool.
Best,
Dragonfly

I missed that one. I'll check out the power again and update as necessary.Dragonfly wrote:Hi Alric,

Yes, I don't have much control over how the text and graphics position themselves. I overlapped the text and the graphics to try and maximize the space for both. I can shrink up the graphics area a bit if people would prefer.Dragonfly wrote:The text sometimes moves into the picture frame.
Yes, I am adding generic items to the list of available items. In fact I just got done adding Generic Enhancements and Limitations. These will be in the next update.Dragonfly wrote:This isn't so much a glitch, but rather a question: Is there a way of adding a custom Power, Enhancement, Limitation, etc.?

The current text is fine for me "EXCEPT" that it bleeds over into the picture frame area. If reducing it to 10pt fixes that, then it might be worth doing. I don't think that would make the text too small. That being said, I don't think it's too big now. I hope that feedback helps!Alric wrote:I'm thinking of reducing the text size slightly on the character print out. Right now the body text is 12pt and I'm thinking of reducing it to 10pt. This would squeeze out a little more room for the text and graphics.
Do you think the text is too big, too small, or just right?

SWEET!Alric wrote:Ok, I got multi-powers working. I also display the number of skill "points" available from skillful and if you have overspent on skills.
I also fixed Immobilize so that you can adjust the to hit bonus.
I will upload the new files tonight or tomorrow.
Can't wait! thanks for developing this!

To show movement rate based on Agility will be trivial and I already planned on doing it. Each power already shows the movement rate for that power.therealtony wrote:Please forgive my impertinence in asking this, because you have made a truly wonderful template for BASH..But, how difficult would it be to add a section that displays a characters movement rates based on their Agility or various powers?
To show all the rates in one box is a bit more involved. It's doable but I'll have to think about the best way to go about it. I will want to make it generic so that additional powers can be easily added later.
