Slipping around back, you two hop up on the platform that over looks the train tracks. From there you can peer through the windows, seeing the inner room of the loading station (probably office space in the past).

The three young latino men are bound and are seated at a long conference table. Numerous mobster and assorted low life types mill about the room or are seated on two dated couches. It appears that two goons are trying (unsuccessfully) to get a tv and a camera set up.

Making a quick count, you figure there's ~ 20 armed men, including the guards out front. The only unknown factor is the door in the corner; if you had to guess, it's either a storage closet or a bathroom.

"Lets go kid." says Nycto to Jason in a low voice.

Then, he teleports to the room where the others are waiting.

To Jason, when he arrives, he asks in the same low voice "How's seeing the world from my vantage point? to walk the shadows?"

To the others he says "Three prisoners, tied up. About 25 thugs armed with submachine guns. Some of them are on the lookout.
I'm sorry to say it Javier, but they are putting up some cameras there." and that means this is a ranson attempt, or more probably, an execution.

Jason whispers to Nycto, "Let's get back to the main group, let them know what we're up against," as soon as Nycto teleports out, Jason will follow.

"Nycto, are you able to teleport someone with you? Like putting the hostages out of danger so Javi could burn the whole place to the ground?"

"Two dozen goons? That's about five each." Fenris stops pacing. "I'll see you guys over there. I'll take the back door and start when you guys arrive." After turning his phones to vibrate, Fenris almost becomes a blur out the door.

He moves to the edge of the building cover preferably on a roof and hides. Fenris times the lookouts to quickly move silently to a hiding place near the loading dock when they aren't directly watching his brachiate path. Then he hides and perceives from his spot.

Probably a couple of panels of actions.

Javier stares at the space formerly occupied by Fenris.

"Yeah, only five," he mutters, "Armed with submachine guns and not afraid to use 'em. Great."

He struggles with the dilemma. Calling his peeps down on the warehouse would mean a bloodbath. But not doing anything means the lives of the ones captured in the warehouse are forfeit.

Javier sighs and taps the number on the phone. "Cuz? I've got a location." He relays the warehouse location to him. "Load for bear and cover the building but stand back. I'm going to try to get our bro's out before the s**t hits the fan. If... when I do, just throw enough heat to keep any cabrones off our tail, okay? Just cover fire, then fall back, do you understand?"

Jason glides back over to Nycto, "Alright, when you're ready, we can get in the thick of it. Provide the distraction to get you guys safely in."

"I guess that's the kick-off" he turns confused to the team.
"Nycto, as a soldier you've got experience of that kind of situation.What's better? A diversion to scatter the opposing troops ?Or we simply attack from every directions by surprise? By teleportation or through doors and windows..."

Nycto ponders the question.
Finnaly he says "The problem here are the hostages. In another situation, I would say surprise attack. But at first attack they can avenge it and kill the hostages..." turning to Jason he asks "Can you duplicate the forceshield of Javier? If you could, we used the attack suggestion, but you first, from hidding used it to protect Javier friends. The rest of us would attack from around and the middle. If not I will try to use the shadows to do it..."

Keep in mind that with a Hero Die, you can do a power stunt too. I'm pretty open to creative uses of powers. Just thought I'd point it out.
