BASH! UE Second Printing

Post by BASHMAN »

Hey, I'm happy to announce that we'll be making a second printing of BASH! UE. As part of this, I wanted to update the book to fix any erratta. So for the next 2 weeks, let me know your Errata that we've not covered yet.

This updated version will be for both print & pdf. If you got the pdf from rpgnow.com you should be able to automatically update your file when it becomes available. I'll have to check regarding pdfs from other sources, and their policies (but most are cool with people redownloading something that got an update).

In case you didn't know, the Errata thread can be found here:

Hey Bashman, I was wondering where BASH is most popular, if they keep track of things like that. I had never seen it in a gaming shop here in Texas, so is there a "hotbed of BASH gaming" somewhere?

I've got a number of fans in Canada of all places. They sell it at 2 major Bay Area stores here in California: Games of Berkeley and Endgame in Oakland. But really it depends on what stores are buying them. Right now, we are only distributed through Indie Press Revolution. Only stores with a connection to them are selling the book, aside from special orders. In the future, there are plans to expand distribution, but I don't want to say too much just yet.

Plus, with people who preordered, it could be all over the place. Not seeing it in a game store doesn't mean it's not being played in your area, just that the game store doesn't carry it.

Most of the people I know who own BASH got it in pdf before IPR got it at the Strategist, so there were fans of the game long before the book was available locally

I got mine at the FLGS in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I would plug the store, but I don't know if that is frowned upon.

Well, excellent. Imagine Games and Hobbies stocks BASH here in Winnipeg. I also asked them to bring in a copy of BASH Sci Fi, but they were told it was out of stock. I will have to be happy with the PDF a while longer.

BTW, I would like to say that my group is really enjoying the BASH game that I have going. We had not initially heard of BASH and were playing with ICONS. For us ICONS just did not have it. SO I looked around and converted things to BASH and we are having a blast!

Actually BASH! SF isn't Out of Stock anymore! Maybe I should post an announcement to that effect in case anyone was waiting for it...
