As a matter of interest I'm just back from disneyland :D
Did you activate it? Does it have charges? Did YOU use it? :)
No charges, it has'burnout'.
But your post describe my actions like I didn't activate it.No extra actions^^(Jumping out of the burst)

Would it be possible to do a Body Slam on these henchmen? I think they need to be in a straight line to do it, if I am not mistaken.

Front Runner 56
Hammer Hurricane 40 (or 27?)
Captain Max 20
Numinous 18
The Elemental & The Ferret 15
Tempest 10
Hammer's Goons 10 (or 16?)

Hammer Hurricane seems quite nimble (according to his priority roll). He won't be easy to hit (and to hurt with his so-called invulnerability)

What are our individual attack options?^^

I can move to touch range with a standard (free) move.
I can shoot in burst/line/arc to hit several characters or I can concentrate a single one on Hammer Hurricane. (With a kind of arm cannon/Mega Buster /Psycho gun ;))
My speed up was unused the previous round, so I could use it to shoot twice.

I could try to 'daze' the group with my sonic device.

We must be carefull with 'burst effect' we don't want to hurt each other.

The bad guys are standing essentially in a 5x5 square area but are not in a straight line.

AslanC, did Tempest's knowledge check (30 I think it was) provide him enough info to tell if Hammer Hurricane is reputed to either be so powerful (or so confident) that he'd normally take on a half dozen supers including Captain Max without pausing? Or does that seem a little out of character, as he's portrayed in the media?

I'm going last (except maybe tied with the goons, depending on whether their 10 or 16 came first). Since I'm batting cleanup, my initial plan might be to wait and see what everyone else accomplishes first. Here's my thoughts in order of importance:

If any of the civilians are in danger, I'll help them.
If not, and there are one or two goons left, I'll try to finish them off.
If not, and Hammer is still up then I'll engage him. How will depend on who else is around him. A lot will depend on what the faster folks are doing in the meantime.

Hammer Hurricane is mostly known for his battled against Doc Titan during the Golden Age and being a member of Super Gang!

His powers are surprisingly vague, though a rumour has it that he was a test subject for the "Infinity Serum" which gave Doc Titan and the rest of the Victory Squad their powers/abilities.

That would explain why he doesn't look like he is in his 60s for a guy who has been kicking around since the late 30's.

The civilians are considered safe unless I have a character target them.

Okay can everyone let me know what your actions are. Please don't do the "I will do this unless x and then y." Just take your panels or hammer our some team work here first :)

Ferret will attack goons, Captain Max will charge/fly at Hammer Hurricane.

Ok!
Detective Zero will move to a close range (as a free action)
Then He'll use his arm cannon against the goons
(4 point special attack. 1 point for the close range, 2 points for a medium burst (5*5sq) and the remaining point +1*tohit)
That mean *4to hit and *4 damage on all the goons.

Question: if I activate my super speed. Does my extra panel happens in the end of the round/page? Or just after my first panel?
I probably shoot a (1 close range,+*2to hit, +*1damage) beam at Hammer Hurricane unless my first shot against the goons is an epic fail^^

Ps: I wish to shoot at 'close range' i'm not sure what's close range according to my powers and stats. I'd prefer not to be engulfed by my own burst!

I am House Ruling Super Speed as you get your extra Panels at Priority -1 for each successive one, that way if you are close to anyone else for Priority they may actually get a chance to do something without a speedster doing everything ;)

Close range is 5x5 Squares

And if you are in the Blast Radius? I don't know... if the blast was centered on you it wouldn't, so I wouldn't think so.
