Teamwork and Hero Dice?

When two people do a Teamwork move, do I give them BOTH a Hero Die for it? Or do they get a Hero Die's effect on the action?

Just one hero die, and it affects the action they're doing.

Their choice. And it may be used for anything- not necessarily for a roll. It could be used to power stunt a power that neither of them has! "With my Super Running and your Telekinesis, we can get this Hurricane to turn around!"
