I'm working on a new Disadvantage for AP16. Is this clear enough? Is t too long? Am I forgetting something?:
Our Powers Combined: This Disadvantage involves multiple characters who either merge together to form a single much more powerful character or multiple characters who give up their powers to summon a much more powerful character. In either case, each individual who contributes to this combination takes this Disadvantage. In the case of merged bodies, each should also take the “Alter Ego” trait as well. In the case of combined powers, each should take the “Normal” Disadvantage which activates as soon as they summon the combined form. When it comes to running the more powerful being, the players involved should either take turns deciding what to do or agree on a set of actions. When rolling dice, a duo could have each person roll one die, while a group of three or more only roll for specific things. For instance, a group of three might have one person make rolls based on Brawn, another for Agility, and another for Mind. A group with four individuals with Our Powers Combined might have one person roll attacks, another roll damage, another roll defenses, and another roll for skills. There are upsides to Our Powers Combined. The combined form should have a higher Character Point value (decided by the Narrator) than the individual members. Each member should also get to contribute to the character creation of the combined form. Each member also retains their Hero Points, which can be used to benefit the combined form, but any use of Hero Points by the combined form costs 1 additional Hero Point. The combined form can only use Hero Dice by spending 6 Hero Points. If the combined form is defeated or has a Negating Weakness, this will force the separation of the combined form, which typically must last for at least the rest of the scene (possibly longer). In the case of powers that are given up to summon a combined form, remember that the individuals with Our Powers Combined might still be in a dangerous situation made even more vulnerable by their lack of powers. Those characters should still be run while the combined form is out as well.

Re: Our Powers Combined: working on a Disad for AP16
I'm debating if a single individual contributor is defeated if the combined form immediately separates. I can see the argument both ways. I think maybe I don't include specific rules for that so the individual Narrator can decide.
