Hello all! I recently started a new Bash game. We are a few sessions in and I am using the old San Angelo: City of Heroes book that was originally written for Champions 4th Edition as the setting for my game. I have been busy converting heroes and villains from the main book and plan to tackle the villains in the San Angelo Enemies book soon.
The last villain I converted is Siren from the main San Angelo book. She has Sonic powers, including Mind Control (verbal commands in song), Sonic energy blasts and flight. Most of the conversion was pretty straight forward. However, she has one power that I am not sure how I should build. In Champions terms she has Flash 3d6 vs. hearing sense group. I'm trying to come up with the best fit for that in Bash. My first thought was Daze but that is more a mental power and her Flash is a sonic scream sort of deal that deafens her foes. Any suggestions how to build a sonic scream that deafens in Bash and what sort of in-game effects being deafened would cause?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

The Deafening Claxon power from Awesome Powers 2 works like this (there is more to it, but here is some of the more important parts here):
Daze [After Effect: Confusion] (Large Burst or
Cone)
Unlike Daze, the
victim makes a Brawn check (instead of Mind) against your
Mind check. Ear-plugs give a +1 Multiplier Bonus to these
Brawn checks. Deaf targets are immune to this power. Those
with enhanced hearing, however have a -4 Dice Penalty to the
roll.
Those that succeed on the initial Brawn check somehow
manage withstand the noise. Nevertheless, nobody, even
those who succeed on the Brawn check, can hear anything for
the three pages the noise lasts. Those that fail are writhing in
pain, desperately holding their hands to their ears, as under the effect of Daze. The victim may attempt a 20 Brawn check
to shake off the effect once per page. After three pages, the
noise subsides, and the Daze effect ends.
