Has H&I hard copies started shipping yet, if so when will we see them in the B&M stores or at places like Noble Knight.

They've arrived at the warehouse; I have no way of tracking orders made from IPR, though. That's where most retailers are buying the books from.
I know they took a couple boxes of books to GenCon, but I know they also have plenty left at IPR.
People who pre-ordered ought to have got their books already.
