Finally started looking through this. One question: Freedom Star has the Normal Disadvantage, yet his powers don't have the gadget limitation on them (which under the description of Normal, appears to be required). Thought I'd point that out.

Edit: under the Golden Age Design notes, you spelled Advantages where it should saw Disadvantages
