The confirmation email only went out yesterday (at least, that's when I got mine), so I doubt anyone got their copy yet.

I would assume when the book is shipped. IIRC, the printer is in the same state I live in, which is likely why mine was one of the first to ship.

Everyone should have gotten an email. Check spam folder.

Two emails were sent. For people who paid shipping, I sent an email letting people know the books were mailed. For people who did not pay shipping yet, I emailed (NEW) instructions on how to pay shipping, direct from the printer.

Hey, I hope I'm not to late. I just purchased the print and pdf from the link at the BASH site. I've been meaning to do this for some time now. I can't wait to see the book!

You should have gotten an email from me regarding instructions for shipping as well as getting your free PDF (just sent about 10 minutes ago).

So far I haven't received an email confirming shipping of my book (I have checked my junk mail folder). I've sent you an email - hope that is OK with you.
