Art Commissions Policy

Some of the artists here have expressed interest in advertising their services here to do commissions doing character art for other board members. This is permissable as long as it adheres to the following policy:

1. The first post of your own Art Thread should contain information regarding your basic rates, and how you can be contacted. If you've already begun an art thread, you may edit your first post to include this information.

2. Any agreements between two parties must be done on their own, either through private message, email, chat, etc -- separate from communication on the public forums. The forums are meant for group discussion, not private arbitration.

3. Delivery of the artwork or payment agreed upon by the two parties is the sole responsibility of those parties, and has nothing to do with Basic Action Games, Chris Rutkowsky, or the moderators of these boards. We are not here to arbitrate your disputes, should any arise.

4. This policy is subject to change, pending further review & input, and may be changed in the future.
