[BASH!] what do you love about BASH!? "Testimonials"
(cross-posted on RPGnet)

I'd like to explain to my game group the best of the best options for choosing BASH! to play a superhero campaign. My group hates long emails. If you could, in short blurb "testimonial" review style, how would you tell what BASH! brings to the table that's best fun?

For Example:

"BASH! is the perfect point between high crunch super games (Champions) and narrative story focused games (Marvel Heroic)!! Not to hard, not to lite, juuuuust right!!"

BASH is a beautiful example of genre simulation. The simple core mechanics are great for new players, but there is amazing depth and flexibility to create any kind of hero you want.

I like crunchy characters. With BASH, it is a joy to build intricate, detailed heroes and villains. It’s a relief to know that they supported by a simple, balanced, and well structured system.

BASH is a great RPG because it is as simple or as complex as you want it to be. With surprising ease. the rules allow you to create any character type in any super-hero genre. It is a game designed provide what you need but not to get in the way of your fun.

With BASH, its creator (BASHMAN or Chris Rutkowski) is never far behind with great feedback for a good question.

Simple but flexible. In most systems you either have something simple but with limited options or bland design, or you have a system that is offering a lot of option but with a lot of work in making a character. BASH however allows for fast play, quick character generation and flexibility. In short it has become my go to game for superheroes.

All I can say was that before BASH UE, there wasn't a superhero games that I felt was the "complete package". Now I believe there is! Fast, fun and able to model any type of comic book story, BASH UE is the future of super roleplaying!
