Linked Multipowers

Could somebody take multipowers and link them?

Could I have say for example

Boost Brawn Multipowered with flight and telekinesis and then link that to Danger Sense, multipowered with Changeling and Boost Mind?

Or some other equally ridiculous combination. Essentially having <if>.

What if Groups a and b were the same?

Your question makes my head hurt with all the (terrible) possibilities

I'd have to be given a very compelling reason why they need to do this.

Not as you state it. However each power within a multi-power can have the LINKED enhancement.

So you could have a multi-power of:

*Special Attack LINKED with Immobilization
*Continual Damage LINKED with Weaken, etc.

That said, the Narrator could disapprove such a combo if he found it abusive.
