I came across this while looking for WWII pics. Hilarious!
I think she should become Lady Paramount's arch-enemy.

Madame Hessa Von Livid...the Ubermadchen! Infamous * saboteur, assassin, and spy. The Fatherland's Fury, spreading terror and death to those who dare oppose the Reich.

Not sure what her powers/origin would be would, but I can whip up something (no pun intended) , if Harrigan thinks it is a good idea.

Is there magic in the world? If so, I could tie her background into the Thule Society. Maybe she is a Werewolf Woman of the SS.

If you can that is cool. If not, no worries. The ideas just started coming when I saw the pic. Either way , I may work up some stats and background and post them here just for fun.

Heres' the beginning of an idea. Just spit-balling ta the moment.

Using ancient texts from the Lost Continent of Thule, her Father (a member of the Thule Society) was able to transform her into the pinnacle of human perfection.

This process took decades to achieve and involved vigorous daily regimens, aimed at mastering the mind/body connection through willpower alone. It is her Will to Power.

The intensity of concentration required, limits her to only being able to boost one of her physical abilities at a time. However, her mind is now so advanced, that she can analyze every physical movement she studies, and recreate them flawlessly.

"Will to Power"Multipower
* Boost Brawn (only for damage)
* Boost Brawn (only for Soak)
* Boost Agility (only for Attack)
* Boost Agility (only for Defense)
* Boost Agility (Only for Priority)
* Boost Mind (only for Mental Defense)
* Boost Mind (only for Perception)
* Healing 2

Madame Dita Von Livid...the Eisen-Mädchen!
Infamous * saboteur, assassin, and spy. The Fatherland's Fury, spreading terror and death to those who dare oppose the Reich.

Baron Wulfram Von Livid was a long a long standing member of the occult Thule Society . Using his considerable wealth, he funded an expedition to find a a legendary text from the Lost Continent of Thule. According to legend this text could unleash the true power of the Master Aryan Race

Upon obtaining the text, he discovered that it described an intense physical and mental training process aimed at achieving pinnacle performance levels through sheer will power alone. It was literally a Will to Power.

The process would take decades to master so he immediately put his young daughter Dita on the esoteric regimen. After 20 odd years, DIta had gained incredible control over her mind and body. However the sheer intensity of concentration required, limited her to only being able to boost one of her physical attributes at a time. Additionally, she found that she could analyze every physical movement she saw, and recreate them without practice.

When she was presented to the Fuhrer by her father, Hitler was overjoyed. He immediately called for a similar training regime to begin for the Hitler Youth. These plans never came to fruition however, as her father was soon killed in an air raid. The Thulian text was destroyed in the fire, quashing any hopes of replicating the regimen.

Dita was consumed with anger and thoughts of revenge, and Hitler provided an outlet for it. He made her a top secret operative trained in warfare, assassination and sabotage. Unleashed against the Allies, she soon became a top operative in the Reich's reign of terror.

Okay, MM looks good. About the only thing bugging me is his weakness, which seems off based on his radiant-like meteor powers. What about something like power loss when he's not in an atmosphere? Thinking of a meteor being inert in space, and flaming in an atmosphere...

well, radiation was one of your suggestions in our chat via pm. I can change it to Electricity if you want, though I didn't see it * like Radiation does. I didn't want to give him a negating weakness, as it just didn't suit what I wanted to do with the character. So yeah, I can change what causes the devastating damage to something more appropriate. Let me know what you prefer.

Yeah, I know radiation was my idea, but the more I think about it, meh. Anyone have a grand idea for what MM's vulnerability should be?
