BASH! UE 2nd Printing Updated pdf

Post by BASHMAN »

Just letting folks know that the BASH! UE pdf has been updated on RPGnow. I'll be updating it at other pdf vendors as well.

Congrats, BASHMAN! It looks GREAT! I love the new character sheet! Will you be posting a list of changes soon? I'm going to reread the whole document, but it would be helpful to know what's new and what's not.

Anyway, its great to see this next iteration of BASH UE. Congrats again!

Best,

Dragonfly

Nabbed it, thanks Bashman. Will check it out tonight.

Looks like it's a low-rez version. Is there a high-rez out there somewhere? Just realizing now that the version I got from RPGNow a couple of weeks back was high-resolution...

So... I purchased the BASH! UE book on PDF from RPGnet. Does that mean I get a free update for this NEW updated version? Or do I need to re-purchase it?

Sorry - I've been very confused with the release of the updated BASH! all around. But I'd like to get a copy of the newest updated rules (even if I have no money and am dreadfully unemployed)... :(

I'll just not eat for 2-3 days.
That's how far my addiction runs!

Okay.
The bizarre thing is I can find everything from BASH Sci-fi, to all the BASH adventures folks have done, to half dozen other super game systems and various products I've ordered in my RPGnow account.
But I cannot find the core BASH! UE book.
Weird.
Could I have ordered it from someplace else long ago??

Because I know I BOUGHT both the PDF online. And bought the print copy in one of my FLGS...

Bummed... I'm jonesin' to see it. hehe...

Look for the order number on the watermark on the front cover, I also had a difficult time finding it and that's how I did it.

All you need to do is go to the product page for BASH UE on rpgnow. If you ordered it there, it will say so on the product page, and you can download it via link on said product page (it will say "get it now")

WOW...

I am so very very confused now.

My BASH! UE PDF has no water-mark that I see.
And although I can go to RPGnet and look at things like BASH! Sci-Fi or ICONS and it DOES show the
"YOU HAVE PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT Click to get it!"
button. (I didn't know it did that!)

Apparently I did NOT buy BASH! UE at RPGnow. I'm so confused. I know that I would never have pirated it. I know that I'm the one getting my friends into BASH! (so I couldn't have borrowed it from them).

How else could I have bought it??? Was it available to purchase on the BASH! website? Or someplace else?
I'm so very confused. I can look at RPGnow and I've purchased nearly every other BASH! (and ICONS, and M&M, etc... PDF) but not the core BASH! PDF.
I have no clue.

I suppose I can re-purchase it. But I'd rather spend the money on life stuff right now. :(

Thanks for the direction folks.

where did you buy your print copy from? It's possible if you ordered a bundle, that's where the pdf you ordered it from should be

That reminds me that I need to get this set up in the IPR website. That might be a little more complicated since now technically Cubicle 7 is the publisher there for bundles, while Basic Action Games is the publisher for PDF only sales...

So far it is updated on RPGnow and E23. The change is pending on PIGames.

The Hi-Res version is just for the printer. This version (which isn't that lo-res--I've got it blown up as big as it will go on my screen here and it looks pretty crisp) was designed to be a lower resolution because:

1. It is easier to download "over the air" so somebody with a tablet/smartphone and 3g can easily get it on their device.
2. It is a smaller file which will run faster on a tablet, netbook, or similar device. It is basically made for viewing on a screen, as opposed to in print.
