"Great" mumbles Nycto as he finishes blocking the doors with rubble.

He moves to the cell where the man in scrubs is and asks "Who are you? What can you tell us?"

The man smiles through the small window when he sees that you may actually be willing to help. His eyes glitter with a pale green light that seems to flow to the back of your head, making you feel as though you're falling down into a green tinted hole...

Nycto: You fall to the back of your mind and watch as your body staggers away from the cell, then collapses in a heap on the floor, the shadows quickly dissipating.

"Hey mister, you ok? Oh god, let me out guys! They're going to get us all!!!" The balding red-haired man yells down the hall while banging weakly on the cell door.

I'll get to the Eckels a little later!

None of you can see the raging psycho (G2) because of the wall of fire inside his cell, but you all here a loud thump as something smashes into one of the other three cinder block walls...

The concrete wall (40 hits, 10 soak) takes 10 damage (30 hits remaining).

Javier and Fenris: You notice a few bugs drop from the ceiling. Looking up, you see the vent overhead bulge then burst as a flood of black, stinging insects pours out, filling the immediate area, with you two in it!
Small burst attack (E1,E2,F1,F2).

As you're swatting at the insects, the pile forms up into a column, then falls away, the itchy psycho girl standing there (E2) with a crazed look on her face...

Fenris swats the bugs away from himself looking ferally annoyed.

He has acrobatics specialty for area effect, but I can't remember the Dice Bonus replacement of rerolls. It's either +2 or +3. I'll roll +2

It is a +2 for skill rolls

Fenris is able to escape from the biting swarm...

And I'll refrain from making jokes along the lines of "Ain't no bugs on me, ain't no bugs on me, there may be bugs on some of your mugs, but there ain't no bugs on me! That would just be childish.

Yeppers, Javi needs to roll his defense to try to get out of the insect swarm. Go ahead and roll his soak if you get <40 on the defense roll please!

Javier throws an arc of flame attempting to fend off the bug shower, but doesn't get them all.

"Giddemoffame! GIDDEMOFFAME!" he screams, the pitch of his voice a bit higher than normal.

Javier manages to avoid any serious harm from the bugs (0 damage).

You all hear the noise at the end of the ward, behind the partially closed door (E15), rise in volume until you can make out a great many voices chanting "Eckel! Eckel! Eckel!" followed by cheers and laughter...and a loud crack and crash...

Seeing the bug-lady appear from bugs, Fenris is concerned with grabbing or wrestling the Nova. So he just tries a right cross angling any knockback toward the wall of D4.
