Can the Movement powers such as: Flight, Swinging, Climbing, Super Running, Swimming and Burrowing take a Full Panel to "sprint"?
If so... are there any others that can sprint?
and
Do you multiply the Power Level by x6 (as normal sprint)?
Or would it just simply double your power's movement rate?
Or something else?

Yes- except Jumping because that is limited by airspeed of 10 sq/page.
You don't move at x6 speed, you double the movement rate. You move at double speed. Normal Running speed is Agility x3... which means when you sprint it is Agility x6. If you have 20 sq of Flight, if all you do is move for the round, you could move 40sq.
