Notice my character has Conjuring too representing things that he needs that just happen to be immediately available. It seems this team will never want for the right tool.
But you have it at level 2 - impossible to represent powers through it - as that bumps the power 2 categories up. I was thinking level 5 - so he could get a force shield, repulsor wings, holografic emiters etc.

Google isn't good enough for this.
Search on Deviantart -it's great and full of artists drawings, pictures, paintings etc. (there are others just as good: for instance for star wars there's SWAG).

The greatest problem from DeviantArt is the number -each word will proably get you hundreds of drawings.

Two different concepts. I originally had it at 4 to get speed boats and SUVs, but I toned it down. Your concept makes more sense to focus on it.

First draft- the powers:

Ossyan,The Arcanist

B1 A2 M3 – 10pts

Artificer powers:
Mnemonic Cloak - Boost mind 2 (only for powers) L: fragile device 1pt
Armor of the Arcanist: Armor 2 2pts
BlastSword: Special attack 3, variable L: easily taken device 3pts

Arcanist powers:
Fluctuating Energy Multipower: L:Casting 6 pts
Conjuring 5 (all things made of blue magic)
*Repulsor Wings – Flight 1
*Energy grappling Hooks - Clinging
*Energy shield – shield 3
*Hologram generator – illusion
*Psy-vision nerve enhancers: Clairvoyance
Telekinesis 5

Thoughts:
BlastSword is a bit unecessary, as Ossyan has TK. He would benefit more from a daze, mental protection, a permanent shield or a forcefield.
Why do I have it? because of the source image...
One of the options is to change the sword to a conjured object.
Ideas?

I think you're over on points at 22 (10 + 22)

I would suggest buying the Conjuring and TK independently. Otherwise, your conjured tools disappear when you want to use your TK.

Replace 9 pts
3 Sword
6 Multpower

With
4 Conjuring 5 (L: Casting)
- Blast Sword - Special Attack 3 (Not variable)

3 TK 4 (Casting)

This gives you a x5 Hit and x4 Dam TK attack
at the same time as your Conjuring tools

What is this power? Deflect?

Keep in mind, if you want to use conjuring as a source of powers, there's two limitations:

1) Only one item at a time.

2) You have to roll to create the item. For a Special Attack 3 item, you need to roll a 40+ Mind check (Level + 2)

I just read Javier's use of Fire Mastery to lock the door. Very cool, pun-intended.

What do you think about Chance changing his Conjuring 2 for Mastery Entropy 2? Maybe Mastery 1 (broad)? To unlock doors, find keys, turn lights out when he needs to be stealthy, activate fire alarms when he needs a distraction, win a lottery or raffle when he needs something, give a bouncer a momentary emergency to allow him to enter a building, etc.

Is that a better game mechanic?

I like the idea of X-Mastery (Entropy). I'll be using the mastery stunt rules again (spend 1 hero point, gain power for one page), so it would be a good option.

Do you think Fate would be a better term for your Bloodline? But yah, XMastery (Broad) is cool, as long as you can explain without too much mental gymnatistics how something works via fate.
