Random character gen?

I don't have this game yet but was thinking of picking it up. Is there an option for random character generation like the old FASERIP Marvel rpg?

It's not in the base book. But I think one of the fans did something like that and posted it in the yahoo group

I wonder if a random character gen could be including in the upcoming powers book?

I don't often use random character generators, although sometimes for fun (how sad...), but sometimes it's really good for one shots.
