Hey there! First time posting, but before I get to it, just wanted to say this game is awesome.
Anyhoo, in the pulp setting, it states under the Grittier Combat Rules that minons damage dice explode, but I can't find anything in the minion section saying that their damage dice don't explode. In non-pulp settings, should a minon's damage dice not explode?

You're right. It it doesn't explicitly state elsewhere that Minion's damage dice don't explode... It should, but I guess that part went missing.
It does say that Heroes (and Villains) can make more use of exploding dice, but the "damage dice don't explode" rule somehow wasn't stated explicitly; just implied.
by default I don't let minions dice explode, though. That is something only Heroes and Villains can do.
