Proposed Skills: Charisma and Psychic

Hey fellas!

Could you weigh in on the utility of the following? These are new mental skills that I'm considering for my games.

Charisma: This skill grants the character facility in navigating human relationships and interactions. Specialties include: Bargain, Fast Talk, Seduction, Oratory, and Persuade, to name a few.

Psychic: A character with this skill is well trained in the workings of the mind. Specialties include: Hypnotism, Meditation, Concentration, to name a few.

For what it's worth, I think psychic might be good for pulp characters that can pull off extremely minor mental tricks, but don't quite merit purchasing actual mental powers.
