stretching - adding some sparkle

for 1pt stretching gives you 2 range. It gives you that for all hand to hand attacks including wrestling.
for 1pt range gives you 5 range for one power.
I can see stretching being worth it if you have a lot of hand to hand attacks vs buying range separately for multiple ranged attacks. However, if you buy lots of ranged attacks you can do it with a multipower and you only pay for range once and get it for all attacks.
So it seems to me that stretching is a bit worse than range for the same price, but not a lot.
One thing about stretching is the ability to reach around shields, arms, etc to grab people, the flail effect.
So I suggest adding a -1 die modifier to the target's defense vs melee attacks per level of stretching.
So Twitch with Stretching 2 can attack up to 5 squares away, and when he punches someone (at any range) his foe gets a -2 dice penalty to defense against the attack.
