currently if you specialize in foreign cultures you get double your mind in languages
added: if you specialize in history or archaeology you know an additional number of languages equal to your mind - these must be archaic languages. You may read and speak the langauge but only the archaic version.
I.E. Professor Adventure is specialized in archaeology and chooses ancient Greek as one of his languages. If he goes to Greece he cannot read the menus or speak the language, but in the Parthenon he can read the inscriptions. He can speak in ancient Greek with other scholars, and when Doctor Danger sends the professor back in time to the Trojan War, the professor can speak in ancient Greek to the ancient Greeks.
