Basic Action Super Heroes!

The Single Use limitation says the power becomes 2 levels stronger than purchase price. Which does spending 1 character point translate into:

A. Power 2 [Single Use] 1 pt becomes effectively Power 4
B. Power 2 [Single Use] 1 pt becomes effectively Power 3

Also, can you use the 2 levels stronger for enhancements like variable or linked?

A. Power 2 [Single Use] 1 pt becomes effectively First Power 2 linked with Second Power 2
B. Power 2 [Single Use] 1 pt becomes effectively First Power 2 linked with Second Power 1

This is how it works:

Special Attack 2 <Single> 1pt (+4DM)

I personally wouldn't let the other 2 points go to enhancements.

Single Use is meant to represent things like "Nova Burst" and stuff that is RIDICULOUS powerful that can only be used 1 time.
