Basic Action Super Heroes!

if i have a force field and it takes damage when do the damage points come back ?
tomorrow ?
the next page ?
when i turn it off and then back on ?

They don't come back. I suppose as an optional rule, if you spend your entire panel on it, you can restore 10*Level points.

Normally, you'd have to turn it off and back on (or just start a new one).
