Basic Action Super Heroes!

I am unsure if I read this in BASH or another game, but there was some sort of penalty for doing the same thing over and over in combat.

Was this BASH? Or am I confusing it from another game?

Not officially- but you can assign setbacks if you want to.

In a Team-Up action, however, it specifically says that you don't get a Hero Die if you keep doing the same thing.
